Am a civil and sanitation engineer with over 30 years experience in project preparation; due diligence studies, master investment plans, feasibility studies, preliminary designs to final designs; construction supervision of mainly water, sanitation and civil engineering infrastructure projects. My experience extends to preparation of procurement documents (both services and small/large works including packaging in appropriate suite of FIDIC Contracts); contract administration and hands-on management and supervision of both consultants and engineering contractors respectively.
