Employed at Rockbern Coffee Group Limited on position of Production and Food Safety Officer. Internal Auditor for the following standards - ISO 22000, ISO TS/22002, ISO 22000, HACCP and Kaizen. Conducted a number of training in food safety standards ISO 22000, GMPs, HACCP and Kaizen. Experiences related to quality management and food safety gained on position of Quality Assurance in Feed Manufacturing company Unga farmcare (EA), Quality Assurance in Food Manufacturing Company Winnie’s Pure Health and later on the position of Production and Food Safety Officer in Non-alcoholic beverage, Coffee Processing Company, Rockbern Coffee Group Limited where I was responsible for Managing the Factory from receiving of raw materials, production activities, Inventory management , liaising with other departments in ensuring orders are processed, dispatched and delivered, managing human resource and most of all coordinating Food Safety and Kaizen.
