I am part of the leadership team of Hosanna Ministries SA. Hosanna Ministries SA is a church based in Phoenix, the organization is involved in the upliftment of people as well as a number of community programs to assist those in need. The departments which I lead are as follows: worship team, youth department, Community program called SENT (Serving Every Need Together), as well as forming part of the finance committee in the ministry. My key strengths are: • High standards of integrity and honesty • always endeavoring to execute duties to the best of my abilities • motivated • provides encouragement to team • valuable communication in interpersonal situations. • Motivated I am a young/mature motivated individual wanting an advance in my career path which is Warehousing and Procurement. I have several years of experience in the manufacturing, petroleum and the mining field. The number of years which I have worked in these industries have strengthened my role to deliver and improve the running of an efficient warehouse, with reducing downtime and improving the running of production. I have enrolled for a Diploma in Supply chain and Procurement at CIPS. This will be completed in 2021 and I will then register for a Degree in Production Management. I have had the privilege to work with manufacturing giants NPC, FLUOR (Sapref) and Engen. I have gained extensive communication and negotiation skills. I am able to interact with people/employees/management in various sectors at various levels within the client’s business. I believe in what I do, I follow it through, dedicated, hardworking and do not give in when the going gets tough. I am able to multitask, prioritize and maintain focus. I maintain adaptability and thrive when working under pressure. I am always willing to learn and explore new territories to explore my knowledge and skill. I desire and passion is be more resourceful with community work and able to be self-supportive for all community work. We want to sever our community and be the help where there is no hope.
