Since entering the Skills Development arena in 1990, I have gained invaluable expertise, knowledge, skills and experience over the last 29 years at different levels, i.e. a. At an implementation level: i. As a training facilitator of basic Entrepreneurship; ii. Conducting site visits to offer small business coaching & mentorship; iii. Facilitating Training of Trainers programmes; iv. Performing a Project Management role for Skills Development projects. b. At a Strategic level i. Developing strategies for SMME development within government agencies and local governments departments; ii. Being part of Executive Management and participating in Strategic Planning processes iii. Serving as Director responsible for New Business Development. c. At a Senior Management Level i. Managing SMME development and provider capacity building projects in collaboration with international development agencies; ii.
