These include: Building the competence framework for the Workforce of the future in the telecommunications and Insurance industry Project Lead for the implementation of Talent, succession and Leadership Development processes in Mining & Financial Services, industry. Design & project management of a large assessment centre project for various mining and financial organisations. Development of an integrated mentorship and coaching programme for a large mining organisation across Africa Project Lead & management of large change management programmes in various organisations.
