I am an experienced educator with over 20 years, committed engagement within the tertiary education sector. I am well-versed in participatory teaching methodologies, curriculum development, assessment and quality assurance processes, both in situ and as supplemented by a variety of Learning Management Systems/ Online platforms. I have taught from 1st year to Post Graduate level at both the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and at the University of Cape Town (UCT), where I have supervised art and design the research projects along with Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements. I am an active member of several arts, culture, museum, educational and academic bodies and have a strong network of alumni, industry, community and NGO contacts.
