My day starts of with a scrum meeting. Where I manage all the tasks that needs to be carried out by the team for the day. We address any risks or impediments for any project. Throughout the day I handle my business analysis activities and get involved in meetings. Most days I handle support for some projects and perform UAT on new packages being deployed. I have a good connection with my co-workers being a developer or tester and willing to make a bad connection work and make a good connection even better. I believe the better the chemistry in the team the better the results. I have learnt 2 key parts which is the entire business analysis approach and all related activities along with carrying out a project from start to finish. This has helped me understand the full view of the solution and the implementation of it. I enjoy a big workload. It allows me to provide structure and manage everything that needs to be complete. The outcome of the big workload also provides a bigger and better result. I find scope creep challenging as we cannot cater for functions or features that weren’t stated at the start of the project. The challenging part of fitting that new requirement within the new system because it could affect multiple aspects which could put the system at risk of working.
