I can give instruction and take instruction and enjoy the team ethos explained to me at the interview. That is not to say that I cannot use my own initiative and provide direction to others. My IT skills advised as per my cv is at an advanced level, although my knowledge in terms of your requirements are limited, I have an extremely open mind ,am capable of thinking out of the box and learn quickly. I have already looked at online tutorials for background in an effort to empower myself and make the training you provide less draining. My skills would complement that which the company will teach. I am highly interested in developing myself through the skills and activities that your organisation offers and is thus my core interest. I need the experience to grow and establish a better employee not only for myself but for the organisation as well. It is for my career development that I would like to be selected for the job. I am hard working, a team player and think out the box, I believe I would be an asset to the establishment.
