I am a highly motivated self-starter whom has worked in the Accounting & Financial management for the past 20 years . As part of Financial & Operational management the following skills and duties where covered but not limited to: Pastel accounting & Payroll, Monitoring of internal controls and compliance to procedures Development of annual operational budgets, inclusive of notes and assumptions for board approval. Monitor income and expenditure against approved budgets, Produce and distribute monthly management reports to agreed time scales, Produce detailed quarterly cash flow forecasts, Produce financial reports detailing actual expenditure against forecast to agreed timescales, Ensure that donor financial reporting takes account of the provisions of all relevant funding contracts, including time frames, Revision of budgets and forecasts, Statutory compliance such as VAT, UIF, PAYE, COIDA on an ongoing basis. Mandatory Reporting to DSD on annual basis, Manage the organisation’s property, vehicles and equipment, including maintaining an up-to-date fixed asset register via a computerized application, Developing and maintaining operational and HR systems, Implementing productivity and efficiency improvements, including IT, Screening and selection of new employees.
