I am a proactive Customer-orientated retail professional with 4 years of experience in a retail Shop. I am fully Computer literacy in internet and emails. I give my 100% when given the opportunity. Very loyal and dedicated. I am a fast learner and self-motivated. I am disciplined enough to work on my own, however working in a group environment is also a strong point of mine. Even though I lack my senior certificate (matric) I do make up for that via experience and determination. I recently done my Customer Service, Internet Marketing and Management short course as well as my Excel Beginners Level, just to better myself and up my skill knowledge. And are busy with 2 more courses. (Social Network Marketing and Digital Marketing) I love learning new things and to learn new skills. I am more then willing to learn more and do not mind if I have to start from the beginning again. I am are willing and capable to learn and work hard to reach the goal.
