As the Building Manager I supervise the hard and soft services of a built structure, ensuring that the security, Occupational Health and Safety(OHS), CCTV and maintenance of this built structure are in place to a satisfactory level. The hard services relate to building physical, structural services such as fire Alarm systems, lifts etc. Whereas soft services allude to cleaning, landscaping, security, and suchlike Human sourced services. Experience in working with vulnerable groups. Manage of building of 77 Mansions high end, Run of Budget, costing, key register, service providers and contractors. Run 3, 5 and 10 year Maintenance plan, office admin, emergency evacuation plan, lease information, annual service schedule(SLA), building condition assessments, water harvesting and recycle. Manage - Sectional Title Rules/ Conduct Rules. Project Management:- Material orders and site budget. Monthly reports to Trustees/ Managing Agent, Coordinate and Supervise Personnel.
