My expertise is largely in an ERP environment where I have implemented the SAP Human Capital Management. My specialties include SAP HCM Modules, namely, PA, OM, LSO, Performance Management and Employee Development. I have +-15 years’ experience as a Consultant in this area. Role entails organizational behaviour functions, namely: 1. Blueprinting workshop facilitation; 2. Project implementation and monitoring; 3. Data management and migration; 4. Training and post go-live support. My expertise is supplemented by a knowledge of SAP related applications, namely, Front-End Applications (ESS/MSS), mastery of LSMW load programs, SAP and Ad-Hoc Queries and other report and training tools, for example, Spiniffex and Workforce Performance Builder.
