As a seasoned perennial, I offer 20 years of Human Resources Management experience, most of which has been working as an HR Business partner at a senior level, with some of South Africa’s best-respected firms. As a consultant, I have guided clients through some challenging situations. It has not always been easy but it feels good when I get it right. Knowing that, I have made a valuable contribution to achieving a client’s level 1 BBBEE rating through them reaching all their Skills Development targets, that I have saved a firm several million rands by reducing labour turnover by 60%, and moved 60% of underperforming customer-facing employees into the 80% performance band by introducing a new performance management system, means I feel confident that I can handle a wide range of challenges in the Management and Development of Human Capital. It has given me great satisfaction to use my mentorship skills to develop a talent pool from which to recruit, select and guide motivated employees to form successful teams. I work with senior management to create awareness of how implementing best practice Human Capital Management, becoming an employer of choice and complying with complex legislation, adds value for their business, employees and their Customers. My commitment to exceeding my Customers expectations has resulted in my working with clients on projects which have lasted between two and six years.
