I am an individual who is passionate about staff education and development, to ensure quality patient care. I am an excellent communicator with effective interpersonal skills. Quality improvement and Quality monitoring form an integral part of my role as Educator and leader/ manager. I work well under pressure, and whilst I am a team player, I have the ability to function well independently.
