I have worked for over 4 years in customer service namely at http://www.******.*** and iiNet and Moonspin. Customer service has become second nature. The training I received from Amazon and iiNet were very beneficial and I have also completed my A+ certification at CTU career campus. I strive to always do my best and take full responsibility for my actions. I am a fast learner, self motivated, hardworking, honest, punctual, have great communication skills and very computer literate. I am a team player and have assisted both at Amazon and iiNet to coach other agents, take escalations and floor walk assisting everyone in need of any help. I can take orders as well as I can give them. In addition, I have a strong background in customer service, technical support and what these kind of customer service roles entail.
