I am a personal assistant to 4 directors and general staff compliment of 30 people. I do basic creditors, debtors and cashflows in conjunction with finance department. I manage all admin functions of the office, including medical aid assistance to employees, company vehicle insurance, tenant co-ordination, maintenance co-ordination with building owners, stock ordering and control. I have excellent typing and grammar skills, especially professional business English as I liaise with clients on a daily basis. I am computer savvy and a very quick learner.
