I am a hard worker, I have always excelled in a restaurant environment because I strive for excellent service. I enjoy working with and building a good team that can work well and trust each other. For the last few years I have tried to get a start-up off the ground but unfortunately with the lock-downs and the country's economy it has not brought any fruitful results. Therefore I am going back to what I feel I can do to the best of my ability which is the hospitality industry. Most of my experience has been in various Marriott Hotels in the Western Cape, and I was part of the management teams to successfully transfer over from Protea into Marriott from an operational and management position.
