To Whom it may Concern Consistency, quality and safety is key in any working environment, without those three factors business is never normal. I have been working with the same company for the last 5 years, in that time where I started as a machine operator, I have worked my way up to manufacturing manager. I have also completed two management courses through Unisa which has taught me a great deal, not only on management but also on how the different divisions of every business need to overlap and work together in order to create synergy from the top to the bottom. The company I work for has recently received our ISO9001 certificate, and is constantly growing. I strive with working on my own, but I also enjoy working in a group. I am always willing to help where it is possible, and if it is not possible, I will make a plan to get the job done. I strive to better myself every day in my working environment, there is always room for growth especially when it is personal growth. The more you grow the more you know, and knowledge is the key to leading a strong and independent management team. I am very confident in my skills as a manufacturing manager, when I know what needs to be done, I make sure it does get done. I am a quick learner so putting me in a different position will only push me to learn more and to better myself in the role that I am placed in. Why get the rest if you can have the best!
