Dear Sir or Madam: I’ve completed my undergraduate degree with majors in Information Systems and Management at the University of the Western Cape. I have also completed Microsoft Business Solutions certification and I’m a Microsoft Certified Trainer. I have good business acumen and it has always been my passion in aligning IT strategies / policies with business processes and strategies in achieving business goals and in managing information systems. General As a person from an extended family, I am sociable, I like sharing ideas, listening to people, asking or querying if I do not understand and like to lend a helping hand where I can. I’m a responsible person who can lead and follow and show enthusiasm in everything that I do and thrive on challenges. Interpersonal and Communication Skills I obtained these skills from communicating with my clients and my work colleagues due to my previous work experiences. My presentation skills I developed through my duties in pre-sales and implementation projects which required doing some demonstrations, end user training as well as meetings. Organisation and planning skills I developed this ability in my present duties in implementation projects whereby diligent planning and organising is required in order to meet business goals and requirements within the project timeline and budget. Leadership skills These skills I developed through doing my duties and my everyday experiences, by taking the initiative and using my creativity when tackling business challenges as well as a team player. Career Objectives Following my working experience and having achieved full professional qualifications, my ambition is to peruse a career as a senior Business Intelligence IT Consultant / Data Science Specialist.
