. I have a determined attitude towards work as can be seen by my studies in the United Kingdom where I took on subjects that play a role in expanding my thinking and professional development. My academic experience and past work experience allow me to understand the responsibilities and duties of this vacancy which I am confident that I will fulfil. With the acquisition of a Diploma in Journalism and later a Human Resource Management Certificate, I aim to become an effective team member with a strong skill set that allow me to ensure the proper functioning of your organization in terms of employee satisfaction and workplace etiquette. I have enhanced my academic achievements with the practical skill sets as required in my field by taking on roles at Ignition Contact Centre and Mazars. Through these experiences, I have developed the practical know-how of this type of office environment as well as becoming familiar with essential computer applications such as Sage VIP and Premier HR which form crucial structures for the effective running of any company. In my current role, I fill and balance both the roles of Receptionist and HR Administrator when I am required to by the HR Consultant. This has helped me with staying within the role of HR as that is the career path I wish to continue down. I am looking to further my studies within HR next year, and will be starting to apply soon.
