I have worked as administrative assistant for a local learning centre, where I was responsible for answering customer queries, printing, coping of news letters and workbooks, I was responsible for accepting payment, compiling monthly budget reports and doing petty cash and all other admin functions, I then proceeded to work for Maritz, Schreurs and Du Preez Attorneys as an administrative assistant where I compiled summonses, verifying debtors information, sending out s129 letters and got to work for their call centre where I contacted debtors to make payment arrangements and follow up on the arrangements, I worked on the Nedbank book and briefly got training on the fnb book at Ismail and Dahya attorneys - I then proceeded to work for One Day Only an ecommerce company who created a position for me returns administrator for a project they wanted me to work with for a period of 6 months. I was responsible for the items returned to the warehouse, my duties included contacting suppliers for replacement or credit for damaged items or contact the couriers should it be their fault. I also rerouted the items between suppliers and customers, as well as dispatch exchanges or replacements to customers. I recently resigned as a warehouse co ordinator at pet heaven, my duties include processing orders, receiving stock, shipping items and making sure correct items are packed before the courier collects as well as invoicing of supplier invoices on sage, requesting credit notes from suppliers and processing them on sage. I followed up on undelivered purchase orders and also did cycle counts on a monthly basis were I would also investigate variances and missing items.
