COMPASS OPERATION (MANAGEMENT) As a member of the Management Team, my role is to ensure that the organization is led in a fair and transparent manner; the strategic objectives of the company that are set by the Board of Directors are achieved; and that the organisation is led and run in a sustainable manner. HEAD OF QMS As Head of the Quality Management System my role is to run and manage the QMS in order to remain compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and prepare the organisation for all ISO 9001:2015 surveillance and re-certification audits. LEGAL As head of Legal, my role is to draft, review and maintain all contracts and grant agreements, maintain a register of all contracts and ensure that the organisation is compliant with all its contracts. I also lead in resolving all legal issues and disputes the organisation faces, with the assistance of attorneys where necessary. Finally, I play the role of assistant company secretary and take all Board meeting minutes, keep signed records of all minutes, resolutions and directors' declarations of interest and provide guidance to the Board of Directors on issues of corporate governance.
