I currently work in a gynae and surgical ward as a shift leader. We manage miscarriages, septic operations wounds, amputation stump wounds, diabetic wounds, transfusions of blood, i order oral and intravenous medications as per unit needs, give health education and in service training to surbodinates and provide medical care to patients.
