I am a highly organized and motivated, professional with good knowledge and experience in payroll processing. In my present role, I manage a team of 11 employees, do monthly audits on payrolls processed by the team, train and support the team, attend MANCO meetings and give feedback monthly, do client visits on a monthly basis, help with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls as well as reconciliations, timesheets and other accounting and administration matters. Being an energetic person and quick learner, I thrive in busy and challenging environments. I work towards tight deadlines and am renowned in my office for my accuracy and ability to resolve reconciliation discrepancies. I also stay up-to-date with relevant employment and tax legislation as this knowledge is integral to my job. I am very much a team player and work well with others while also enjoying independent work and responsibility. My goal is to continue learning and developing my expertise in my future role.
