PROFILE My career started at Old Mutual in 1989 for 12 years. I then left and joined Alexander Forbes for nearly 3 years. 30 years in various industries and with experience in insurance, finance, financial compliance, HR and logistics. I am an energised, creative and action-orientated. My career achievements include (not limited to): analysing processes/implementing systems that lead to financial cost effectiveness/improved efficiencies. Ensuring that data is accurately received (Management Information) for analysis, reporting and decision-making. Creating a work environment where people are empowered to come up with fresh ideas to achieve company objectives. I also have the following skills: Client Servicing, Client Relationship managing, Manage operational-, sales staff, HR/IR (CCMA representation), process analysis and re-engineering, project management, customer relationship management, people-, mentorship skills, problem solving, budgets, excellent negotiation skills and place a high emphasis on staff development.
