Maximized throughput and efficiency by revamping delivery schedules and workloads. Develop safety awareness that reduced incidents in the Wax and Oil plant to zero RCR in one year. Hold monthly employee meetings to give information, take feedback, and provide updated training. I oversee stock movement and am primary responsible for all stock on the Wax and Oil plant. I vet all suppliers and new equipment for the plant, and I scheduled all repairs for damaged machinery and statutory inspections. I was part of the first Microsoft AX (MRP system) launch at Protea Mobeni.
