I am a registered qualified Professional Associated Property Valuer. I am of the opinion that my work experience to date can also be applied to any related field, such as that of a Property Analyst, General Assessor, Business Development manager / specialist, Property Management, or general property consultant. Valuations, such as residential, commercial, industrial, warehousing and vacant land with development potential, are being done on a regular basis. Rental valuations and obtaining market related rental costs are being determined frequently. Property development, along with business development is one of my key responsibilities at my current employment. Pre-development costs and market value calculation subject to approval from the various financial institutions are being done - this coincide with the feasibility study submitted to our clients. Other type of valuations done include: Sectional Title, Small Holdings, Farms, Valuations of place of worship, Arrears and Auction Valuations, Building loan Valuations, Progress Payments, Expropriation of Properties and Release of Collateral Valuations. As a qualified professional associated property valuer, I am also part of the yearly audit panel ensuring quality control of valuations. Liaising with Key Account Managers at various financial institutions and having in depth discussions with the developers of proposed developments are part of my daily workload. Further daily responsibilities include the marketing of the company and the growth of the business with viable and profitable prospects, where after trustworthy feedback are being reverted to management. I believe that clients must be assured of the best service and that work satisfaction coincides with a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to focus, friendliness and a good team spirit.
