My Name is Fiona Velelo,22 years old. I matriculated in 2015, I then went to Sa Academy of Applied Compentence in pretoria to study marketing management. I received my N6 certificate in 2017. In 2019 o enrolled in a Business Administration level 3 learnship. I was doing my practicals at a primary school and my duties as an Administrative Assistant included :Dealing with email enquiries, taking minutes,maintaining diaries,receiving deliveries,printing documents and making copies, Answeing callsand redirecting them as required and I welcomed guests and giving them all the information they require. I worked at the school for 7 monthsBefore I was a sales Agent at Hollard Life Insurance. Selling life and funeral policies to clients and maintaining policies. As part of the Customer service section . I was at hillard for 5 months. I am a fast learner and I have good human relation skills.
