I am a director and non-executive board member, technology consultant and accredited mediator. I present to businesses and their boards a spectrum of digital governance and oversight skills combined with a multi-disciplinary background, while I remain active as an independent Chief Technology Officer focusing on technological innovations and legal aspects of technology, involving legal composition and analysis, contract drafting, compliance management, Service Level Agreements, and dispute resolution services. Aside from board functions and roles focusing on technology, I also build out my portfolio as mediator and as independent chair for disciplinary hearings. I am a doer and enabler by nature, and my core value statement is to help create an environment towards accomplishment of organizational strategies and objectives, and then to help achieve those objectives. Among six degrees awarded to me is a PhD in Business Management and Administration (Technology Management) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, while I am far advanced with a BA LLB degree in law through the University of South Africa. Aside from work, I remain active in the academic sphere, among others as contributor, public speaker, guest lecturer in technology ventures at the Namibian University of Science & Technology and associate at the Institute for Futures Research at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
