• Ensure training database is updated • General administrative task from time to time • Trainer on demand part time such as Basic health and safety, fire prevention, human factors, customer service, dealing with people with reduced mobility’s, etc. • Keep training records up to date on HR Premier and Intelex Global training system • Do the planning for training • Schedule staff for trainings such as AIT, etc. • Do monthly consolidating reports for training as well as handler’s monthly reports. • Chairlady duties of EE/SDC (Employment Equity and Skills Development Committee Chairperson) • Set up quarterly meetings and agendas and chair meeting. • Facilitate the meeting and to engage in debate where it would be constructive • To review and amend as necessary and sign off on constitution • Ensure ongoing communication and feedback to all employees and management in the Company regarding employment equity and skills development matters • Provide oversight, guidance and recommendations on management accountability on achieving Employment Equity and Skills Development targets and objectives • Monitor, assess and recommend training needs of EESDC members and employees
