I have four to five years of experience in the customer service industry working on different platforms such as online chat for Yodel UK(Webhelp SA), on the phone for Carphone Warehouse(Capita) and as a cashier at Game SA. At Webhelp I have learnt the art of compiling business emails and also how important customer engagement is. I have held various roles which has taught me a range of skills and tricks necessary to meet the desired SLA’s in place. I am young, driven, ambitious and hungry to develop a career that I can excel in and be proud of. I feel I can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people as I have had the opportunity to work with a South African and international customer base. This exposure has taught me how to de-escalate queries/complaints, how to probe and resolve disputes/issues.
