A qualified Chartered Management Accountant with a solid track record of meeting reporting timeframes Solid experience in donor fund management, healthcare and reporting, both local and international donors Sound knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern NPOs Expertise in all aspects of accounting, including management financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, budgeting, payroll administration and bank recons Experience in accounting operations, designing procedures and maintaining sound internal controls Proven cost cutting, troubleshooting and having analytical skills Sound business and technical acumen Experience in team working and supervising staff Able to communicate efficiently at all levels with clarity and precision Other key skills; risk management, grant management; human resource management; performance management
