I worked in branch banking for 3 years and banking call centre for 7 years. I have completed my National Diploma in banking services advice NQF level 5 120 credits. My organisational and communication skills are well demonstrated in my work experiences in the corporate organization settings. Currently I work as a Care Coordinator at Guidepost where I welcome patients onto the Diabetes program and I support the diabetes coaches in managing their diaries and preparing their patients for their diabetes sessions. I started as a Multi skilled employee at FNB where I worked as a Teller and Customer services representative. I then went to Absa vehicle finance where I also grew into an Account specialist. I later moved to Retentions where I did end to end vehicle finance applications. I also worked as a Fleet coordinator at AVMS. I worked at Tracker as customer service representative where we tracked stolen vehicles providing location information to account holders and updating their profiles aswell as account queries resolutions. We were also required to retain clients wanting to cancel their Tracker policies and cross sell Tracker products. Im very hardworking and learn new skills very easily. Im target driven and always make sure I achieve set targets.
