I am currently unemployed. I’ve resigned from my 13 year employment position as the Personal Assistant to the Acting CEO and Office Administrator of Electro Inductive Industries, Blackheath, Cape Town. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained during the years has made me an ideal candidate for the job as Data Capturer. With my 7 years experience as Data Capturer and 6 years experience as Office Administrator and PA, I have developed strong administration skills. For example, some of my main duties is capturing of requisitions and orders onto SYSPRO; Typing; placing orders for stationary, office equipment/furniture, beverages, etc. and preparation of meeting rooms (incl. refreshments) and relieving the receptionist during lunchtime and off-days. These duties require the following skills: quick and accurate data capturing, time management, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, computer literate and an ability to liaise with people on all levels clearly. I have also gained experience in SYSPRO – loading requisitions, orders and delivery notes. I am always eager to learn more and become more knowledgeable. I would love to bring my skills to your company. I am confident that my experience 13 years work experience will qualify me for consideration. However, my 7 years of experience as Data Capturer/Coding Clerk at Sanlam Health and Medscheme will be valuable for the Data Capturing position. Know that I’m a willing and quick learner if there is any lack in experience.
