I develop people, through training, coaching & mentoring. I conduct ongoing training workshops throughout the country for various clients requiring various skills including Soft functional skills required to change and improve behavior and performance of people in organisations that I am privileged to work with. I also provide desktop skills training on Microsoft Applications to ALTRON's clients every workday of the week. I am also a project consultant and facilitator for Digital Transformation workshops within the ALTRON Group and at EXXARO, with much emphasis on Microsoft Office 365 Collaboration tools. I also develop Guided Learning Solutions or Walkthroughs for online software applications to give users an easy interface to adopt new software, using Oracle-Iridize and Whatfix onboarding platforms.
