I am an enthusiastic and strong willed individual who fell in love with event management industry and all that came with industry. I thrive under pressure and enjoy working on projects that require creativity and innovation. along with the above mentioned, I have discovered my natural ability to lead and encourage people both around me and that work with me. I don't take for granted the responsibility that comes with leadership and always welcome constructive criticism as a tool to continuously work. Working in a team is great for me, this is accounted for due to all the team sports that I have played over the year such a hockey. However left to work by myself I have worked on executing all deliverables without being monitored. I take pride in the small victories whether personal or professional and always look forward to new challenges.
