The nature of my past working experience has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. For one course, ITIL course, an understanding and importance o service delivery in the IT sector. I found this course to be very stimulating even inspired me to try and complete all the courses that are to follow the foundation course. I am a fast learner and accurate, with a keen eye for detail and I should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress to more senior positions. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
