I am a pro-active leader that has refined communication skills over the years; and I am well groomed. I have excellent managerial expertise and my extensive people’s skills experience makes me extremely effective in a Human Resources environment. I am fluent in English, Xhosa and Zulu, have worked as a Human Resource Generalist Officer with TVET Colleges in the Eastern Cape. In this role, I honed strong coordination, decision making, listening, problem-solving and quality assurance capabilities. I have a well-developed emotional literacy level that enables me not only to build relationships but also to maintain them, especially where interdependencies are concerned in my field of Human Resources.
