I am a mature man with 5 years’ experience in Networking/Telecommunications, more specifically configuration, installation, and commissioning, surveying, and planning. I am a holder of a Bachelors of Technology degree in Electrical engineering (Computer systems), a Higher National diploma in Information Technology. I have worked as a network field engineer for the past 4 years and because of my passion in software development, I enrolled for MCSD using C# and HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3. I have also developed some personal systems using Delphi programming. currently working as a systems administrator at a school. I have much passion for software development even though much of my exposure experience is in the networking environment. Working as a Network field engineer has built my experience in installations of antennas, and configuration of UBIQUIT and Mikrotik, integration and commissioning of Nokia routers, SARa, SARa-4, SARa-8, SAR a-12 routers for Vodacom sites. I have knowledge in integration, migration, commissioning and de-commissioning. I also have knowledge in VoIP phones. I support and manage the following E-Learning platforms: VSDM, Microsoft Teams, google Classroom, D6 and we are currently installing a telephone system PBX managed by Euphoria. This has given me ample opportunity to work with different people from diversity of cultures, language and background. It has strengthened my capability to work with teams. In addition, I am a hardworking individual with high levels of integrity and accountability. I am highly innovative and can work under stressful conditions to produce the desired results in the end. Moreover, I have a good command in English very fluent for both written and oral, and can easily follow instructions. I am a passionate and fast learner.
