Don has experience with implementing over two dozen ISO related Cyber Security Domain solutions between Standard Bank and Telkom since 2012. During his stay as ISMS Program Manager, he established a Cyber Security KPI service delivery model at Telkom. Resolving conflicts, issues and risks by providing strong project and business analyst leadership communications between the customer and infrastructure teams is one of Don’s main strengths. Don also participated in 3rd party contract negotiations where budgets acquired were in excess of R500M. He was also responsible for writing all projects Statements of Work, Work Packages, Defining Proof of Deliveries, Charters both business and technical, as well as using his Business Analyst's skill to achieve Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures documents. This allowed Telkom to achieve their ISO 27001 certification in December 2019.
