To the recruiter, I am an experienced and self-motivated contact center Quality Analyst and Coach bringing forth valuable industry experience and a passion for Quality service. I am results oriented with a proven track record of working collaboratively with team members as well as individually to achieve goals. I am experienced in the communications ,insurance and IT environment but also adept at effectively adjusting to all operations. Ideally I would like the opportunity to utilize the experience I’ve gained through working in different operational settings as part of the Quality and training team to add value to a new team and environment. Much of my experience is transferrable specifically in the areas of Quality, customer services and office management in an administrative capacity.
