My primary role includes (i) Successfully implementing company policy; (ii) Developing strategic plans; (iii) Maintaining a dialogue between Shareholders and the Board; (iv) Controlling finance; (v) Building and maintaining an effective management team; (vi) Assuming full accountability for the board for all company operations. My secondary role includes, but not limited to, Bid Development, Client liaison, Transaction Advisory Services, Forensic Engineering Investigation, Marketing and Business Development and Mentorship and Training. I have completed research and presented academic papers in relation to: (a) Road safety research; (b) Rural transport research and (iii) Public transport service design. I have won 8 global awards (Excellence in Engineering Consulting Services - South Africa (2016), International Advisory Experts Awards 2017 and ACQ5 Global Award 2017 & 2018 & 2019 - Gamechanger of the Year (Engineering/Consulting) and Acquisitions International (Civil Engineering Expert of the Year - 2018 & 2019). Dinesh specialises in Infrastructure Asset Management, Geometric and Pavement Engineering, Project Management and Transaction Advisory Services, amongst various other engineering related disciplines. I am a senior lecturer at University of South Africa (since March 2013) and lectures Geometric Design IV and Foundation Engineering IV. I have over 26 years of experience to date.
