Motivational letter I am young, capable, creative, team-oriented person with a dynamic outlook on life; I have solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with individuals at all levels. I don’t just come with Public Relations three years Diploma but I come with in depth retail experience while focusing client satisfaction. I am currently a social media manager handling over 8 business pages with in-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Being the voice on social media channels I have learned to develop a brand’s social media strategies. I worked so hard to get where I am today, having to work 10 hour shifts if not more most of my working life just to get a salary to pay my school fees and selling Avon even now it’s the best decision I ever taken for my career. What I noticed while working for McDonalds and Avon is that I was selling brands and that people love spending their money where they see value. Through my personal experiences to get obtainable results, I realised that’s all brands need different marketing strategies such as advertising, convincing clients that the product is actually good value for money, running promotions while giving clients product knowledge This is an illustration that I fully understand the core basic on marketing how to influence a client, how to reach large amount of people, social media marketing and most importantly closing deals. I have presentation skills such as Multi-tasking in demanding hours while handling pressure and offering professionalism. I also have good communication skills, dealing with difficult customers in a well-groomed manner. I am a good listener, always open to new ideas my leadership skills are mainly strong on delegating tasks making sure they are done on time with a clear communication and coming up with new ideas on making sales while motivating my teams. I love having fun, taking ownership, work in teams to create solutions, am always open to direct feedback, giving organisation new ideas on where to improve. One of my best sides is that I am respectful and outspoken, collaborative, working at an online store made me have a good understanding of google analytics and google ad words. I did an online course on google my business on how to start a business which I believe it gave me an insight on how to manage a business not just mine but also the organisation am working for. I am analytical, I can use data to make decisions, am also trustworthy, approachable and open minded. I have worked for start-up business meaning I am not afraid to takes risks; I am fully aware that businesses can go either way. I gained experience with email marketing tools and I think big. I love working with different ethical groups, enjoy experiencing new environments I do not have any children as yet meaning I am moveable. I love creative spaces where one is not limited with coming up with ideas and marketing campaigns, I like a company that will empower me and see me for who I am, my abilities and capabilities.
