I am an accredited CCMA/BC Commissioner since 2007 to date. In addition to issuing rulings and arbitration awards, I have an extensive experience in presiding over disciplinary hearings and conducting workshops for Unions and managers. My highest level of education is an honours degree in Employment Relations Management.
