I have matriculated with four distinctions from Seatides Combined School in 2014. This enabled me entry to study a Bachelor Of Laws at Howard College, University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, which entailed a practical and theoretical knowledge of the law. I gained further training and knowledge by doing three vacation programs at medium/ large law based firms. I am currently an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, employed at V Chetty Incorporated in La Lucia Ridge, Durban. During my articles and post-article experience, I have been exposed to Property, Contract, Commercial, Family, Labour, and Construction Law. I have also been involved in arbitration preparation and proceedings, amongst various other aspects of legal training such as court appearances, drafting of legal documentation, consulting with client’s, and arguing opposed motion matters. I am quick to grasp new skills and knowledge; and committed to working smart to attain the desired outcome. I have been given the opportunity of running my own matters at my current law firm, with which clientele has been allocated to me. I take my client’s interests seriously and thus, go the further mile where necessary in order to attain the desired result. I possess a professional manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I have the ability to take on new challenges and the ability to work well under pressure in dynamic environments. I am an enthusiastic individual who is driven to succeed, and exceed expectations. Further to the above, I am also interested in furthering my studies part-time in the near future as I believe there is never a time to stop learning.
