TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I had been an employee for the SA Post Office for a period of 20 years. During that time my main function was in the Call Centre for the courier section. Although I was employed at the Call centre section, I was afforded the opportunity to be placed in different positions within the Courier Section. I have a background in Administrative work, Sales, Data Capturing, Claims Department (Verbal & Written Communication) as well as managing the Reception area intermittently for an extended period. I left SAPO in September 2016, as I felt that I needed a different challenge. I am a quick study, and is eager to learn. I am able to work under pressure, and always try and provide everything to the best of my abilities.
