I have specialized with labour law for almost 12 years, i worked for 2 different big unions. i am very experienced on CCMA & various bargaining council cases. I have ability to build a good working relation between employer & employee. very good at section 150 of LRA and preventing an industrial actions. I am currently employed by NUMSA as a union official and i am available within 40 days notice. Reviewing the company policy and reducing the external dispute referrals with high percentage. I am currently studying an advanced labour with UNISA. I worked at the SAA TECHNICAL for 16 years as a chief aviation operator, responsible for the aircraft maintenance and managing a crew of more than 30 employees. I ran a BWR as a facilitator. I was a panelist in the interviews proceedings.
