COVER LETTER To whome it may concern, I have been in the customer service sector for 6 years and have learnt how to handle customers in different situations to allow for understanding to reach common ground. The customer supporting roles that I have had the most experience with is through call Centre work which started at IINET assisting customers with internet connectivity through the use of services such as ADSL, FIBRE and Mobile Broadband for which IINET certified me as a Level 2 Internet support associate. I was most fortunate to be afforded the opportunities to also work on TIO (Ombudsman) cases to assist with “I rate” customers in order to assist with pressing issues relating to service delivery issues, Customer Service Issues and many more concerns. I requested to assist with the training teams and prepare new hired team members for the floor and what to expect from our customers. I set up a few programs to be able to prepare the newer team members and this was successful in implementation as I was able to get a few of my coworkers to assist with live experience. At amazon I was exposed to more cloud support services and account management for enterprise level customers and learnt more about formal emails as well as Detailed billing reports through the use of the AWS console. I had started projects for process improvement and also changes to customer wording for service issues. While I am not currently pursuing my dream I am hoping to be able to support it through the work that I will put into it and hope that you will assist me in doing so by affording me the opportunity to be a benefit to you.
