I have served as an HR and IR Manager for the past 10 years in Services and Security industry in which I have been responsible for all IR related matters which included CCMA representation at all levels, Union related matters (various Unions including NUM, AMCU. SATAWU, SACCAWU etc.) which include amongst others; -Wage Negotiations -Recognition agreements -Collective agreements -CCMA Facilitations -Sec 150 Applications -Chairing and facilitation of Disciplinary and Grievance hearings.
