My career started during school holidays by working as a cashier or in the deli of a small grocery shop in Bloemfontein. My first full time position was at Standard Bank, Bloemfontein in 2007. Although it was a labour hire position (through Quest), I worked in the home loans section as a data capturer from January 2007 until the end of March 2008. I was then redeployed as a teller for two weeks but was offered a permanent position in Postmasburg at Zincover DIY which I accepted. Shortly after this (June 2008), I was offered a fixed term contract at Assmang Beeshoek which I accepted. My first position at Assmang was as Club Assistant. I then became the Club Supervisor during May 2009. Both of these positions were fixed term contracts. I then became the Administrator Systems in the SHERQ department during 2011. In this position I was given the opportunity to obtain various ISO qualifications and in 2016 I became the Chief Quality Officer. I am a hardworking, organized, adaptable, driven and honest individual that is always eager to learn. I learn quickly and am able to work well under pressure. I am self-sufficient but work well in a team.
